Additional Fees:

• Transitioning from a previous EHR involving data conversions may require an additional one-time fee, depending on the volume of data being converted.
• We have partnered with DrFirst Rcopia for general and controlled substance e-prescribing. Apex Clearing for claims management, Change Healthcare for eLabs, and eFax Corporate for eFax functionality in Enliv.
• Please note that additional one-time setup fees and/or monthly and/or annual vendor fees are associated with these services.
• Depending on the vendor service being used, each provider or practice is required to establish an agreement with the respective vendors.
  

Note:

• Only “Email Verified” and “Mobile number verified” users will see the MFA enabled option in the ellipsis menu of Account > Staff users for administrators and in the "Security" section for logged-in users.
• Only Administrators have the right to verify the email address under the account settings.
  

Enabling MFA :

• By default, MFA is disabled. This can be enabled by the administrators or the users themselves. The user receives an email informing them that multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been activated.
• When a user with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled logs into Enliv, they are prompted to enter their username and password, as well as an additional authentication passcode received via SMS on their registered mobile number.
• Access to the system is granted to users only after all other information has been verified.
  

Disabling MFA :

• Disabling MFA can be accomplished in the account settings by either the administrator or the users themselves. Upon deactivation, users receive an email notification informing them that multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been disabled.
• This allows the user to sign in without an additional one-time passcode.
• For security reasons, Enliv does not recommend disabling MFA. If users choose to temporarily disable it, they should re-enable it as soon as possible.
